Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
I am blessed. This site is a collection of some of the "lovely things" that God has given me. I gather them together as a simple act of obedience... "think on these things" ... and as a matter of personal delight!

Here's your insomniac friend again! But it's Saturday, so it's okay... ah, the rain. We've had little storms off and on all week, what a blessing. Your Oliver is cute, you have found such perfect names for your kitties! I love the rainbow picture... earlier this summer, I saw a WHOLE, ENTIRE rainbow across the sky! I was dying because the kids weren't with me. I was running errands, and there it was! Glorious, huge, perfect! A COMPLETE bow, and I could have danced in the street! Such a miracle. I had to go to the library, and there in their big, flat parking lot I had the best view imaginable. I called home, the kids saw some of it, but their view was blocked, and it was fading off and on, too. My heart was so filled with the goodness of God I was on cloud nine! You know, God said when HE saw the bow in the sky, HE would remember... and every time I see a rainbow, I think, "God is remembering us..." Obviously, He always does, but it must be in some special way, or He would not have used that language... sigh. Beautiful. Just had to share! I'm sorry I haven't visited lately. School and all. I know y'all are busy, too, with the projects. Hope you have a great weekend, and get lots done! Love, Jen
